How We Ship Your Order

Because our premium gazebos, pergolas, greenhouses, and fire features are heavy, oversized architectural structures, they cannot ship via standard parcel services like UPS or FedEx. Instead, your order is carefully palletized, secured, and transported via specialized Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) motorized freight carriers to ensure maximum protection during transit.

We are proud to offer complimentary curbside freight shipping with liftgate service to all residential addresses within the contiguous United States. Once your shipment arrives at your local regional freight terminal, the carrier will call you directly at the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a convenient, dedicated delivery window. An adult over the age of 18 must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

Important Delivery Day Instructions

• Curbside Liftgate Service: Your shipment will be lowered from the delivery truck to the curb at the end of your driveway using a hydraulic liftgate. Drivers are not authorized to move freight onto patios, into backyards, or inside garages.
• Mandatory Inspection: Before signing the driver's delivery receipt (Bill of Lading), you must visually inspect the exterior of all boxes and pallets for any signs of transit wear, punctures, or crushed cardboard.
• Documenting Minor Damage: If you notice minor cosmetic damage to any box, do not refuse the shipment. Simply write "Received Damaged" directly on the driver's paperwork before signing, and take clear digital photos.
• Severe Transit Damage: In the rare event of severe structural damage where components are visibly bent or destroyed, refuse the delivery entirely, note "Refused Due to Severe Transit Damage" on the receipt, and contact us immediately at sales@thepacificpeak.com.
