Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 6–15 days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

Do you offer order tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, you can track it using our Track Your Order page. Just enter your tracking number to get real-time updates.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we continue to grow!

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, the order may already be in processing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
